Fill My Docs is a simple, cost effective, and versatile software product for business administration, company processes, and proceedural tasks. The product can be used in any industry and sector, and caters for any customer requirment from a single user all the way to an integrated multi-user platform for larger firms.
The central feature of Fill My Docs is the easy and automatic entry of data into predefined merge fields within the user's document templates. In short, the user defines merge fields within the document that allow the software to recognise what data the user must enter within a specific location on the document. When the user wants to generate a document, say for a new client, the program queries the user for data inputs, once the user enters all relevant data, the completed document is generated.
Additional functionality include client data management in order for the user to be able to instantaniously generate documents needed to service their client. The user may also send their client a request for data using the communications feature of the software and once entered the data is automatically softed and stored under the client's profile.
FMD is currently undergoing development and initial stages of testing with partnered companies in order for us to release a proven and well optimised product for our customers. The testing process will run throughout the year until our schduled launch period in the 4th quarter.
